In her current role, Marcia is responsible for the industry audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701) and manages the Global Compliance and IT Teams. Marcia has extensive experience in Operations Management in several tech companies. Marcia enjoys working cross-functionally within Sauce to explain audit requirements to stakeholders, respond to customer inquiries on compliance and information security, and assists with the implementation of critical program and project initiatives.
